This course will teach you how to troubleshoot and repair any type of problem with installing and running apps and software on a Windows 11 PC.
You’ll need to be ready to efficiently troubleshoot problematic apps. In this course, Windows 11 Troubleshooting: Apps and Software, you’ll learn how to troubleshoot and repair problems with apps and software on a Windows 11 PC. First, you’ll explore how to maintain compatibility with older and legacy line of business software. Next, you’ll discover how to use the Windows Task Manager to troubleshoot problematic apps, and how to install and remove problematic apps. Finally you’ll learn how to use scripting to manage apps on a PC, and how to troubleshoot apps using the Microsoft Sysinternals tools. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of troubleshooting needed to support users and maintain productivity.
