The COVID-19 crisis has turned the government workforce upside down and created challenges like never before. That’s on top of the already existing IT skills gaps faced by State and Local governments. When running remote teams, it’s very easy for upskilling and reskilling to be abandoned and become lost in the day-to-day, but with the different workload requirements presented by the “new normal” we find ourselves with an opportunity to upskill our teams with an agile and iterative approach to technology learning.
