(Location has to be within India 🙂 ). The notes contain theoretical concepts as well as questions discussed in the class.

To be eligible for CA Foundation, a candidate must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. There are no minimum percentage criteria for appearing in the examination.
CA Foundation exams are conducted twice a year, in May and November. The exact dates are announced by ICAI well in advance on their official website.
Yes, there is a negative marking of ¼ (0.25) marks for each incorrect answer in the objective papers (Paper 3 and Paper 4).
