Next, you will explore how to modify calling and called numbers for both incoming and outgoing calls. Then, you will also see how to prevent toll fraud on Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco IOS gateways and how to interpret and deploy a +E164 globalized dial plan that allows users to be able to dial consistently, regardless of their location. This simplifies call management in multi-site and multinational deployments. Finally, you will discover how to connect Cisco Unified Communications Manager to Cisco Unity Connection using both SCCP and SIP protocols to support enterprise voicemail. When you are finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge needed to configure your dial plan, implement globalized call routing, and be well on your way to passing the Cisco Collaboration Core exam.
