One of the primary responsibilities of a leader is setting the tone for a workplace – putting employees in a position not only to succeed, but to thrive. This course, Creating an Emotionally Intelligent Workplace, helps narrow this gap, guiding leaders through the process of creating attitudes, policies, and opportunities to help workers build self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management strategies.
