In this course, Exploring Envisioning Outcomes, you’ll learn to set a product strategy that is focused on outcomes, not outputs. First, you’ll explore creating a product strategy that aligns to your business’ strategy. Next, you’ll discover the importance of understanding your customer’s jobs to be done along with the problem space you are working in. Finally, you’ll learn how to assess opportunities and align them to outcomes.
