At the core of working in an IT team is a thorough knowledge of how business analysis works in an IT organization. In this course, Living in an IT Team as a Business Analyst, you will learn how to apply business analysis capabilities in any software development methodology to support design and implementation of solutions. First, you will understand how organizations can structure the business analysis role. Next, you will explore the system development methodologies and the system development lifecycle. Finally, you will discover how to apply business analysis techniques to design and implementation and how to better collaborate with your team.
