There is a tremendous skill shortage in the cybersecurity sector of IT that is hindering operations at organizations. In this course, Security Policies and Procedures for Cisco CyberOps Associate, you’ll learn some of the concepts needed to start your journey into the SOC operations realm. First, you’ll learn about incident response and how to plan for security incidents. Then, you’ll learn about security management concepts and how to improve your security posture. After, you’ll spend the rest of the course working through an incident, understanding preparation, detection and analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery, as well as the Post-incident Analysis phases of incident response.
