First, you will learn about API changes, such as updates to the ByteBuffer API. Next, you will discover a preview Java language feature called Text Blocks. Finally, you will look at platform changes, looking at how the JDK reimplements the Socket API and improves upon the Application Class Data Sharing feature. When you’re finished with this course, you will be ready to make the most of Java 13 in your own projects.
